If a sample will not scan
Check the matching template first, then paper size, scale and clipped or faded markers. Use even lighting and hold the full sheet in view. Compare a fresh print with any photocopy. Review uncertain answers before saving a score.

Common questions
Should I use fit-to-page printing?
Use A4 and actual-size/100% printing for these PDFs. Check that the frame and all markers are fully visible. If the printer clips them, resolve the paper-size or printer-margin issue before printing the full set.
Can I photocopy an OMR sheet?
If you do, check that the copy preserves the scale, all markers and clear bubble outlines. Scan a completed photocopy as a sample before copying the class set.
