If you want a printable OMR sheet right now, there are two routes: download a ready-made PDF from ScanScore’s resources page, or let the app generate a sheet that matches your exam exactly. Which one is right depends on whether you need a quick practice sheet or a sheet you will actually scan and mark.

Route 1: ready-made PDFs

The free A4 OMR sheet PDFs come in three sizes — 50, 100 and 200 questions — with four or five options. They print on plain A4 in black ink. They suit a teacher who wants to hand out something today and mark it with a phone.

  • Choose the size nearest to your question count.
  • Print at 100% (actual size), one side.
  • Scan one filled test sheet before printing a class set.

Route 2: a sheet made by the app

ScanScore generates the sheet from your exam: the exact question count, four or five options, a roll number grid, your school name on top, and the set code if you use more than one paper set. Because the exam and the sheet are created together, scanning always matches. See how to create an OMR sheet on A4.
